How it works
What actually happens when you work with us.
No onboarding maze, no six-week discovery phase. A call, a build, a launch, then honest numbers every month.
- 01
The strategy call
A conversation about where your enquiries come from now, what a good job looks like for you, and how many builds you've got capacity for this season. No pitch deck.
- 02
The build
Campaigns, landing page and enquiry follow-up are set up and tested before any real budget goes out the door. You approve the creative and the qualifying questions first.
- 03
Launch and qualify
Ads go live and enquiries come in pre-screened for budget, location and project type, so the ones that reach you are worth ringing back.
- 04
Report and refine
Plain reporting on what each enquiry cost and what it turned into, then adjustments month on month as the season moves.
The questions installers actually ask
- What does it cost to get started?
- There's a one-off build fee to get campaigns, landing pages and follow-up in place, then a monthly management fee. Your ad budget is separate and paid directly to Meta and Google, so you always control it. We'll give you real numbers on the strategy call once we know how many builds you're chasing — no packages, no lock-in contract.
- How long before enquiries start coming in?
- Ads usually produce the first enquiries within a week or two of going live. What takes longer is stability — roughly six to eight weeks of data before we can tell you reliably what a qualified enquiry costs you and where the budget is best spent.
- Do I need to be on Instagram?
- No. A dormant profile doesn't stop paid campaigns from working. It helps if a homeowner checks you out mid-decision, so we'll keep it ticking over with the build content we're already shooting — but you don't need to post, film reels or think about it.
- What happens to leads out of season?
- They get kept warm rather than binned. Autumn and winter enquiries are often the best jobs, because those homeowners are planning properly rather than reacting to a hot week. Follow-up keeps them in contact through the quiet months so you're first in line when they commit for spring.
- Will you work with my competitor down the road?
- No. We take one installer per area, and we'll tell you plainly which areas are already spoken for before you sign anything. If your patch is taken, we'll say so on the call rather than sell you something that won't work.
